Restaurant Crew Member Baskin Robbins-1684 Countryside Drive, Turlock, CA 95380 Baskin Robbins in Turlock, California, is seeking experienced, dependable, and outgoing Crew Members. This part-time position offers approximately 20 to 30 hours per week. This is a great opportunity for a college student with previous restaurant experience who is looking for steady hours and a dependable, long-term position while completing school. Required Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old At least one year of experience in a fast food, quick service, or fast paced restaurant Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to create and edit short social media reels Availability to work evenings and weekends Ability to begin working within one to two weeks Spanish is a plus Open availability is a strong plus Responsibilities Provide friendly, fast, and accurate customer service Prepare ice cream, sundaes, beverages, and other menu items Operate the POS system and process payments accurately Complete online and delivery orders Follow Baskin Robbins recipes, food safety standards, and operating procedures Upsell products while maintaining proper portions and controlling waste Clean, sanitize, stock, and organize all work areas Complete assigned opening, closing, and daily operational tasks Work calmly and efficiently during busy periods Participate in store marketing and help create and edit reels What We Offer $20 per hour Cash and credit card tips Flexible scheduling Approximately 20 to 30 hours per week Proper training to help you work confidently and independently A professional and respectful environment with open communication Growth opportunities for employees who demonstrate leadership A workplace where creativity and new ideas are appreciated The first 30 days will be a training and performance evaluation period.
