Job Description
Overview We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Ice Cream Scoopers. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service this role is perfect for you. Duties
- Scoop and serve ice cream to customers with a smile
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the serving area
- Follow food safety protocols while handling and serving ice cream
- Assist in basic kitchen tasks such as serving toppings and making cones
- Provide quick and efficient service
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing Requirements
- Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions
- Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is a plus
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Experience in food handling is beneficial
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to help customers and team efficiently
