Create a Seamless and Positive Member Experience As a Member Specialist at Sam's Club, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service at the front of the club. From assisting with purchases and returns to helping members navigate self-service technology, your support helps ensure every member has a smooth and enjoyable experience. In this role, you'll spend your day supporting checkout and entrance/exit areas, assisting members with purchases and questions, resolving issues, and maintaining a safe, organized environment. • Provide exceptional member service by greeting members and identifying their needs
• Process purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies
• Assist members with self-service technology and checkout processes
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient checkout, entrance, and exit areas
• Verify memberships, review receipts, and support asset protection procedures
• Resolve member issues and concerns with professionalism and care
