We operate in a fast-casual style: guests order first, then take a seat while our team prepares and delivers their food to the table. We're looking for dependable, energetic team members who work well with others and are comfortable in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Position Summary As a Team Member, you'll support both front-of-house and kitchen operations. Depending on the shift, you may take orders, assist guests, prepare food, deliver meals, organize pickup orders, and help keep the restaurant clean and organized. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly service Take and process orders accurately Answer basic menu questions Prepare and assemble food according to restaurant standards Deliver food to tables Organize takeout and online pickup orders Keep dining and kitchen areas clean and organized Restock supplies as needed Support other team members during busy periods Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Qualifications Positive attitude and dependable work ethic Team player with good communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Must be at least 16 years old English required; Spanish is a plus Restaurant experience is helpful but not required — training is provided What We Offer Employee meals and staff discounts Flexible scheduling Hands-on training Opportunities for growth
