Kiki's Health Cafe is located in Downtown Evergreen. We serve smoothies, acai bowls, poke bowls, and healthy juices and teas. We are hiring a new teammate that shows enthusiasm, has high standards of excellence, and capable of working alongside our health focused team. Kiki's Health Cafe is open daily from 8:00am

• 7:00pm.

Shifts are approximately four to six hours long, and can vary from as early as a 7:30am start time, to a 2:00pm start time.

Compensation Base Compensation:

$12.14 per hour

Additional Compensation:

team members participate in a tip pool and receive a share of tips based on the the total tips earned during that day.

• to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

Handle cash, credit card payments, and process cash transactions with precision while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring guest needs are met promptly. Maintain cleanliness, including food handling, beverage service stations, and seating areas, adhering to food safety standards. Support retail sales by upselling products and promoting specials to enhance guest experience and sales performance. Skills Previous quick service restaurant or café experience is highly preferred Proficiency with POS systems Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and good communication abilities. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Time management skills to ensure timely beverage preparation and customer service. Must have full use of arms and legs, be able to walk up and down stairs while carrying objects, and lift up to 50 pounds.
