Position Description:

Responsible for Front Gate operations. Full time and part time hours available.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for assisting guests with their product purchases within Iron Mountain Hot Springs. Products may include but not limited to pool soaking, food offerings, treatments, souvenirs and other Iron Mountain Hot Springs items within the Retail Area. Restock products that are low in volume and ensure a neat and clean environment. Proven to be very proficient in all areas of the Front Gate. Complete other tasks or duties as they are assigned by your supervisor.

Administration:

Close out register after each shift.

Financial:

Cash handling. Strong math and communication skills required.

Operations:

Have a keen eye for property presentation. Respond to guest inquiries and guest feedback in a professional manner.

Communication:

Clear communication with Front Gate and Admissions Manager, teammates, and Manager on Duty.

Requirements:

Possess and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Available to work weekends and holidays. Represent the company with a positive and professional image.

Qualifications:

Complete and submit Cashier Training checklist proving knowledge of Iron Mountain Hot Springs property and cash register operations. Clear understanding and knowledge of Iron Mountain Hot Springs Brochure/Prices/Marketing Vision/materials. Effectively answer any guest questions related to Hot Springs operations, or know who to ask, MOD. Outstanding customer service. Ability to communicate effectively to guests when IMHS is full to capacity or redirect guest in a polite manner. Excellent communication abilities to efficiently explain IMHS offerings. Previous computer, US currency exchanging and up selling preferred but not necessary. Interact with guests and provide any needed detailed information. Very knowledgeable of all products of Iron Mountain Hot Springs to assist guests. Ability to multi task in a fast paced work environment. Maintain the cleanliness of work area. Complete other tasks or duties as they are assigned by your Supervisor/Manager. Must be patient, poised and able to cope with special situations. First aid/CPR certified preferred. Must be 18 years and older. Courtesy, alertness, a positive attitude and the ability to learn quickly are necessary. Able to interpret both written & verbal instructions.

Compensation:

• This position pays $18.25/hour to $19.25/hour including supplemental tip average.
• Starting wage is $15.25/hour
• Tip sharing across property averages to $3.
