Job Description
Job Overview:
30-40 Hours Per Week We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring smooth transactions at the checkout counter. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for sales, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Scan and process customer purchases accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments
- Provide information about products and promotions to customers
- Assist customers with product returns or exchanges
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Perform other duties as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
Skills:
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient checkout process
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple transactions simultaneously
- Proficiency in using cash registers and point-of-sale systems
