Duties Operate cash registers and POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales accurately and quickly Handle cash drawer management, including cash handling, balancing registers, and reconciling transactions at shift end Deliver friendly customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and providing product information Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining attractive displays to enhance store merchandising efforts Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits of various items Upsell products by recommending complementary items to boost sales and improve customer satisfaction Maintain phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Skills Proficiency in POS systems and cash register operations for seamless retail transactions Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities in bilingual settings Experience in retail sales, including upselling and product demonstrations Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising, and stock management Ability to handle cash accurately, including cash drawer handling and basic math skills for balancing registers Supervising experience is a plus for team coordination or training new staff Familiarity with grocery store or retail environment experience is advantageous Effective phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and team members Join us in creating a lively shopping atmosphere where every customer leaves happy!
