Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Front End Associate to join our team. This role is essential in providing an exceptional experience for our customers. The Front End Associate will be responsible for managing transactions, assisting with order inquiries, and ensuring that the front end of the store operates smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed. Taking orders accurately and efficiently, including cash handling. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Qualifications Previous restaurant experience in a similar role is preferred. Strong phone etiquette for handling customer calls. Proficiency in cash handling and basic retail math. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
