Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Monitor to oversee activities and ensure the safety and well-being of participants, particularly in a sports setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess strong communication skills. This role is crucial in fostering a positive environment where children can learn, play, and grow. Duties

• Supervise children during sports activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Enforce rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Mediate conflicts among participants using effective conflict management techniques.
• Communicate clearly with children, parents, and staff regarding schedules, expectations, and any issues that may arise.
• Assist in organizing games and activities, particularly basketball-related events.
• Provide guidance and support to children to help them develop their skills in sports.
• Monitor participant behavior and provide feedback to encourage positive interactions. Skills
• Strong conflict management abilities to effectively resolve disputes among participants.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
• Experience in sports coaching, particularly in basketball, is highly desirable.
• Previous experience working with children in recreational or educational settings is preferred.
• Ability to foster a supportive and engaging atmosphere for all participants.
