Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Ice Cream Scoopers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while serving delicious ice cream and ensuring a clean and inviting environment. You will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our customers, making each visit enjoyable. Duties Serve ice cream and other frozen treats to customers with a smile, ensuring accurate orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the scooping area, including regular sanitization of equipment and surfaces. Assist customers in selecting flavors and toppings, providing recommendations based on preferences. Handle cash and process transactions accurately while adhering to food safety protocols. Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain product quality and safety standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper sanitation techniques. Culinary skills or experience in food preparation is a plus but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with bussing or maintaining cleanliness in a café or restaurant setting is beneficial.
