Whether you're slicing, assembling, or ringing up orders, your contribution is key to our fast-paced, customer-focused operation. Responsibilities Prepare food items efficiently and accurately according to established recipes and safety standards, including slicing, assembling, and portioning ingredients. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions and food orders smoothly. Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling products when appropriate to enhance the guest experience. Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments, and accurately process cash transactions while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace by following sanitation protocols, including food safety management and proper food handling practices. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food preparation activities. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability in food preparation, food handling, and sanitation practices within the food industry or retail setting. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. Experience with cashiering, processing cash transactions, and retail sales transactions is essential. Knowledge of operating kitchen equipment and maintaining a clean workspace aligns with our safety standards. Food service experience combined with basic math skills ensures accuracy in transactions and order fulfillment.
