This is a guest-facing role focused on speed, accuracy, and hospitality in a fast-paced restaurant environment. What You'll Do Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient service Accurately process orders using POS systems Handle cash and card transactions with care and accuracy Pack food orders accurately and hand out takeout orders to guests Confirm orders are complete before handing them to guests Promote menu items and current specials Maintain cleanliness of cashier and guest areas Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house team members Support team members during busy periods Follow food safety and sanitation standards What We're Looking For Must be at least 18 years old due to the duties and legal requirements applicable to this restaurant location Prior cashier, restaurant, or guest service experience preferred Bilingual English and Spanish required Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable and punctual Team-oriented and able to stay calm under pressure Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment Must be available to work a full-time/PT schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
