Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while handling transactions efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively and your knowledge of sales will contribute to a positive experience for our customers. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their questions. Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, processing transactions and handling cash. Maintain a clean and organized Front of House. Complete daily stocking task along with opening and closing duties Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations. Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Serving and bussing tables Answer the phone to answer questions and take orders Hand out takeout orders to the correct customers Requirements

MUST BE 18 DUE TO SERVING ALCOHOL MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS DAY AND NIGHT SHIFTS

Previous experience in waitressing preferred. Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale systems is an advantage. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
