Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately and swiftly Handle cash register operations including cash handling, balancing cash drawers, and issuing receipts Deliver friendly and professional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and assisting with product inquiries Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure the sales floor is inviting and well-stocked Assist with stocking duties and inventory management to support store operations Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or directing calls from customers or vendors Requirements Prior experience with POS systems and cashiering is highly desirable Strong retail math skills for handling transactions, discounts, and returns accurately Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms; bilingual abilities are a plus Proven customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette Supervising experience in retail or related environments is preferred but not mandatory Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately during transactions Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising, and grocery store operations is advantageous Previous experience in retail sales, stocking, or cashiering roles will help you succeed in this position Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding shopping experiences!
