Cashier Lakeland Automall is looking for a friendly, courteous and highly professional person who enjoys interacting with people to join our Service team. Our success is based on the quality of the individuals we hire and their ability to perform at a high level so we are looking for the best candidates possible.

Job Summary:

The service cashier assists customers who are picking up their vehicles from service by providing the invoice to the customer, processing payments, answering questions and resolving concerns. The cashier acts as the final interface with the customer.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet all customers promptly and provide professional courteous service Inform the customer of the amount due on their invoice and collect payment Ensure that each customer is assisted in a timely manner Notify service advisor or management of any customers that are dissatisfied with their bill or the work that has been performed Daily reconcile the funds collected to processed repair orders to balance the cash drawer Perform other duties as assigned Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information Have strong customer service skills and work well with the public Ability to multi-task and work independently Must meet company's requirements for employment Working Conditions and Schedule Prolonged periods of computer usage and data entry Full-time - 40 hours plus overtime as needed 5 days per week between Monday -
