What You'll Do (Your Daily Blend): As a Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to keep the store running smoothly (pun intended ) while living and breathing our mission to inspire people to live a healthy and active lifestyle. Blender:

High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 2 years of experience as a shift lead or supervisor in a restaurant or customer-focused retail environment Open availability with willingness to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed Ability to work the hours required to effectively run and support store operations Comfort using POS systems, basic computer programs, Microsoft Word & Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills—you can talk smoothies, standards, and success with anyone Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and the community ServSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
