Domino's Team- Customer Service:

Greet guests warmly, whether on the phone or in person. Receive and process telephone orders efficiently. Accurately take in-person and phone orders, and handle transactions using a POS system. Provide exceptional guest service and answer menu questions.

Food Preparation and Service:

Prepare and serve food items according to Domino's recipes and standards. Assemble food items and prepare produce for toppings. Perform minor food prep tasks like portioning ingredients.

Operational Support:

Operate all equipment safely and effectively. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Keep work areas clean and organized; restock supplies. Follow food safety regulations and perform cleaning duties.

Team Support:

Work as a team with coworkers to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Assist in training and orienting new team members. Promote a respectful and inclusive team environment. Foster positive working relationships with managers and coworkers.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to work. Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Ability to perform basic math functions quickly and accurately. (May use a calculator.)
