Infinity Smoke & Vape is seeking a dependable, friendly, and responsible Cashier to join our team. This position requires someone with great attention to detail, a professional attitude, and a commitment to upholding state and federal regulations regarding tobacco and vape product sales. Must be 21+ years of age.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment. Accurately operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process sales, returns, and exchanges. Verify customer age and ID in compliance with Florida state laws. Maintain knowledge of current products, promotions, and store policies. Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, and usage (training provided). Restock merchandise and keep the front counter area clean and organized. Handle cash, credit/debit transactions, and balance register at the beginning and end of shifts. Monitor customer behavior to prevent loss and report suspicious activity. Assist with store opening and closing duties as needed. Follow all store procedures regarding safety, cleanliness, and compliance.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years old (per Florida law). High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior cashier or retail experience is a plus but not required. Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented. Ability to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks. Comfortable working in an environment where tobacco and vape products are sold.
