We are seeking a proactive and dependable Key Holder to join our retail team. This role is essential in supporting store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a secure and organized environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and have experience in retail management and sales. Assist in opening and closing the store, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive shopping experiences Handle cash register operations including cashiering, cash handling, POS transactions, and sales processing Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards to ensure a welcoming environment for customers and staff Background Check Required This position offers an opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic team committed to excellence in retail service.
