Front of House / Cashier - The Doughfellas The Doughfellas - Pompano Beach, FL We're hiring! Come join the Doughfellas family! We're looking for a friendly, outgoing, reliable, and proactive person to join our Front of House team. If you enjoy talking to people, have a great attitude, and like staying busy, you might be a great fit for us! We're a local artisan pizza restaurant, and we're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and can help create a welcoming experience for every customer. What you'll do: Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude Take customer orders in person and over the phone Operate our POS system and process payments Answer questions about our menu and make recommendations Package takeout orders and make sure everything is accurate Help keep the front of house, counter, and dining area clean and organized Assist with drinks, desserts, and other front-of-house tasks Work closely with the kitchen and other team members Make sure customers have a great experience from the moment they walk in Stay proactive — notice what needs to be done and take care of it without always being asked What we're looking for: Friendly, positive, and outgoing personality Reliable and responsible Proactive and takes initiative Great customer service skills Comfortable talking with customers Able to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Willing to learn and help wherever needed Previous restaurant or cashier experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person Must be comfortable speaking and understanding
English Compensation:
$17/hour + cash tipsSchedule:
