Responsibilities Operate the cash register accurately, handling cash, credit/debit card transactions, and balancing the cash drawer at shift end Deliver friendly and professional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and providing product information Assist customers with product demos and upselling opportunities to enhance their shopping experience and increase sales Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure products are well-presented according to merchandising standards Maintain knowledge of store products to answer customer inquiries confidently and recommend suitable options Support store operations by managing retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and inventory counts Uphold phone etiquette standards when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Skills Proven experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash register operations Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities in both bilingual settings (if applicable) Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership in retail environments is a plus Ability to perform retail math accurately for sales transactions, pricing adjustments, and stock counts Knowledge of retail store product lines, merchandising techniques, and grocery store procedures (if applicable) Experience in stocking shelves, inventory management, and product demos to engage customers effectively Exceptional phone etiquette skills combined with the ability to handle upselling and suggestive selling techniques Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding shopping experiences!
