Duties Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit Take customer orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Process cash, credit card, and digital payments efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash register operations Assist with food preparation tasks to ensure quality and safety standards are met Upsell menu items or retail products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, including food handling areas, kitchen equipment, and service counters Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food production needs Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and order accuracy Handle retail sales transactions with professionalism and attention to detail Follow all food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for everyone Skills Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with strong food industry knowledge Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions smoothly Demonstrated ability in food preparation, food safety management, and sanitation practices Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude that fosters customer loyalty Ability to upsell products confidently to increase sales opportunities Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing register operations Experience operating kitchen equipment safely within a fast-paced setting Knowledge of food handling procedures, serving techniques, and restaurant operations Retail sales experience including grocery store or café environments is a plus Join us in creating memorable experiences for our customers while developing your skills in a vibrant team environment.
