Manage cash drawer handling and cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and security at all times. Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits, enhancing their shopping experience. Upsell relevant products or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a friendly approach. Maintain knowledge of store merchandise, stock levels, and merchandising standards to support store presentation. Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is clean, safe, and inviting. Use POS (Point of Sale) systems effectively for retail math calculations and processing returns or exchanges. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely. Support team members with supervising experience by collaborating effectively during busy periods. Experience Previous cashiering experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
