Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve frozen custard, Italian ice, coffee, and other treats to customers Handle financial transactions and using Square point-of-sale system Help to provide friendly, courteous and welcoming customer service to customers and address all inquiries Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop Comply with health and food safety standards Assist with social media management, creation, and posting Train new employees as needed

Requirements:

Must be able to lift 10 pounds over head regularly Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is a plus Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for calculating totals and making change Flexibility to work in shifts including daytime and weekends
