Duties Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail sales transactions and food orders Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately while handling cash register operations Assist with food preparation tasks, including basic food handling and operating kitchen equipment Manage customer orders efficiently, upselling menu items to enhance sales opportunities Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Support food safety management practices by following proper procedures for food handling and storage Ensure quick service delivery by managing multiple tasks such as taking orders, processing payments, and serving customers promptly Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Demonstrated ability in food preparation, serving, cashiering, and operating POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS Strong time management skills to handle high-volume customer flow efficiently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Basic math skills for cash handling, processing transactions, and managing sales totals accurately Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper kitchen procedures Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Retail sales experience with upselling techniques is a plus Food industry or café experience is desirable but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join us today to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering top-notch service while building your career in the food industry.
