Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Cashier/Stocker, where you'll play a vital role in creating an engaging shopping experience for our customers. Duties Process retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, handling cash, credit, and mobile payments with confidence and professionalism Assist customers with product inquiries, product demos, and upselling to enhance their shopping experience and increase store sales Maintain organized shelves through effective merchandising and stocking, ensuring products are neat, accessible, and well-presented Conduct regular inventory checks and stock replenishment to keep the sales floor fully stocked and inviting Provide friendly phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries, offering helpful information and directing questions appropriately Support product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits, encouraging additional purchases Uphold excellent customer service standards by greeting shoppers warmly, addressing their needs promptly, and resolving issues efficiently Experience Prior retail sales or liquor store knowledge is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Demonstrated cashiering skills with proficiency in retail math, basic math calculations, and cash handling accuracy Familiarity with POS systems and retail transactions enhances your ability to succeed in this role Supervising experience is a plus, especially when guiding team members or assisting with store operations Strong communication skills in English are essential; bilingual abilities are a valuable asset for connecting with diverse customers Experience in merchandising, stocking, or product demos will help you excel in maintaining an attractive sales environment Knowledge of phone etiquette and upselling techniques will support your success in engaging customers effectively Join us in creating an energetic shopping environment where customer satisfaction is our top priority!
