We're partnering with an organization that continues to grow and is looking to add a Staff Accountant to its Accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career accountant with 1-3 years of experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. What You'll Do Assist with the month-end and year-end close process Support job costing and project accounting Prepare and analyze financial statements and accounting reports Perform bank, balance sheet, prepaid, accrual, and other account reconciliations Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process Assist with journal entries and general ledger accounting Help ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting controls What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting 1-3 years of accounting experience Job costing or project accounting experience is a plus Understanding of general accounting principles and GAAP Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
