Overview Join our dynamic retail team as a Cashier, where your enthusiasm and customer-focused attitude will drive positive shopping experiences. Responsibilities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process retail sales transactions and handle cash, credit, or debit payments with precision. Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and assisting with product demos when needed. Manage cash drawer handling responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling and balancing registers at the end of each shift. Upsell and promote store products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves and cooler, organizing displays, and ensuring the store remains clean and inviting. Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when answering inquiries Assist with product knowledge sharing to educate customers Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales is preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. your commitment to excellent customer service will play a key role in helping our business grow.
