Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and cash drawer management. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and assisting with product information. Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and assist with merchandising efforts to ensure the store remains inviting and well-organized. Qualifications Previous experience with POS systems, cashiering, or retail sales transactions is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear information and excellent customer service. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and performing retail math calculations. Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and inventory stocking procedures is preferred.
