Full Job Description Overview:

Do you want to learn to how to make the best shave ice in the world (based on google), Ululani's Hawaiian Shave Ice is expending to the new location in Waimalu. We are seeking dedicated and friendly team members to join our Ululani's OHANA. Your job as a Shavista (Shave Ice Barista), customer service and cashier will be a blend of hospitality and operations. Providing a positive lasting memory with Aloha-tude™ (the Spirit of Aloha with Gratitude) for each customer and make them want to return.

Duties:

• Taking orders and processing payments, restocking items, preparing/refilling syrups and assigned duties
• Shave ice and pour syrups to company standard
• Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and food/product safety
• Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
• Duties are shared on a rotational basis by taking turns in different responsibilities of the shavista

• FOH & BOH

• A neat and clean appearance is always required
• Requires ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Requires ability to work in physical coordination with other individuals moving about in a fast paced environment
