What they do
A Head Cashier manages all checkout functions including ensuring adequate staffing levels on checkouts, the processing of sales transactions and refunds, monitoring cash drawer amounts and maintaining the checkout area. Head cashier provides first level escalation for customer issues and assists in the supervision and training of cashiers. Head cashier may also be responsible for opening or closing procedures of a store, including alarm operation, unlocking store and setting up of checkout area.

Job Description
- Molly's Frozen. Candidates MUST be available to work weekday shifts (generally 5 or 6 hours) and at least one shift during the weekend (Friday night
- Sunday). Shifts vary between 9:00AM
- 10:30PM.

customer service Memorizing in-rotation cupcake flavors, ice cream flavors, cakes, cookies, etc. Taking and filling orders (in person and over the phone) Boxing & frosting cupcakes with care Scooping ice cream with care Making coffee & espresso-based drinks General cleaning and organization around the shop Working with a cash register (POS) and dealing with cash/credit card transactions Candidates MUST also be organized, have great attention to detail, be able to work well with others and take direction well under busy circumstances.
