The position will handle customer orders and payments, assist with takeout service, answer guest questions, and help maintain an organized and welcoming service area. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide courteous service. Take accurate dine-in, takeout, and phone orders. Operate the POS system and process payments. Handle cash and card transactions accurately. Prepare and organize takeout orders. Answer questions about menu items and pricing. Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure order accuracy. Keep the counter and service area clean and stocked. Assist with opening and closing tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous cashier, restaurant, or customer-service experience preferred.
