This position will handle customer orders, payments, takeout service, and front-of-house organization while helping provide a smooth dining experience. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service. Take dine-in, takeout, and phone orders accurately. Operate the POS system and process payments. Prepare and package takeout orders for customers. Answer questions about menu items and restaurant services. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate. Keep the counter and guest-service areas clean and organized. Restock cups, utensils, napkins, and other front-counter supplies. Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment. Basic cash-handling and POS skills are helpful. Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
