The Ice Rink Cashier greets guests, rents equipment, and provides customer service at the Sun Valley Ice Rink.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner. Assist guests by answering questions and providing helpful information. Perform opening and closing duties in accordance with company standards. Process transactions accurately, including closing out the cash register and completing cash and credit card reports. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to maintain high energy and enthusiasm throughout shifts. Detail-oriented with the ability to complete transactions accurately and efficiently. Enjoys engaging with guests and working with diverse personalities in a team environment. Be able to stand for prolonged periods While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, use hands, feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear Able to safely move objects up to approximately 40 pounds about the workplace. Willing to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasons as scheduled.
