The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cash register operations, handling transactions accurately, and providing excellent customer service. This role also involves merchandising, stocking, and assisting customers both in person and via phone orders. Fluency in Tagalog is a significant advantage to better serve our diverse clientele. Duties Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately during transactions. Handle cash drawer management, including counting and balancing at the start and end of shifts. Assist customers with their purchases, answer questions, and provide friendly service to ensure a positive shopping experience. Process phone calls and take phone orders promptly and accurately. Support merchandising efforts by organizing products on shelves and ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked. Restock shelves as needed to maintain inventory levels. Maintain cleanliness of the cashier area and ensure all equipment is functioning properly. Requirements Previous experience as a cashier or in retail/customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills; ability to interact politely with customers and team members. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Basic math skills for managing cash register operations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
