This is a great position for a college student or someone looking for flexible daytime hours . We understand that class schedules can make it difficult to work the same hours every day. You do not need to be available every day. We're looking for people who can consistently work a few shifts each week and communicate their availability in advance. What You'll Do You'll start by learning the front of the restaurant and gradually learn the entire operation.

Responsibilities include:

Take customer orders and operate the register Provide fast, friendly customer service Make hot dogs, Polish sausages, brats and other menu items Learn our menu and proper food preparation Keep the line stocked and organized Restock throughout the shift Maintain a clean counter, kitchen and dining area Help during busy lunch rushes Complete opening or closing duties once trained Opportunity to Learn More We're looking for someone who can eventually become a dependable, well-rounded member of the team. As you gain experience, we'll train you to: Run the hot dog line Handle busy lunch rushes Open the restaurant Set up the kitchen and service line Close and reset the restaurant Work independently with less supervision Employees who learn more positions and take on additional responsibility will have opportunities for more hours and responsibility. Schedule Left Bank is a daytime restaurant — no late-night shifts or dinner service. We're especially interested in applicants who can work around a college class schedule. Even if you're only available 2-3 consistent days per week , we'd still like to hear from you. Weekday lunch availability is especially valuable.
