  • What you'll be doing as a
Compliance Checker:
  • + Monitor store employees to ensure they ask for the customer's ID before quoting a price + Check if store employees use age-verification devices if available + Partake in regular visits to ensure proper use of the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and age-verification devices + Send an email report to the store's management after each visit + Will be driving to different locations in IA/IL as a secret shopper to try to buy alcohol and tobacco products according to customer direction + Will issue red or green cards to Checker + Will use website on phone to record each stop + Will be checking to see if cashier or server cards you with alcohol or tobacco sales •

  • Job Requirements:
  • + Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady + Must be in an age range where businesses will ask for identification to prove legal age for purchasing alcohol and tobacco items to ensure compliance + Have a valid state issued identification card + Reliable transportation
