Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping or dining needs, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate retail sales transactions and cash handling Prepare non-alcoholic beverages with precision, including coffee drinks, teas, and specialty drinks, adhering to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness of the store or café area by cleaning tables, counters, equipment, and restocking supplies regularly Process cash transactions efficiently while managing register operations with attention to detail in retail math and basic math skills Support food handling and preparation tasks in accordance with food safety regulations and café standards Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves or supplies as needed to ensure product availability Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, processing returns or exchanges, and ensuring customer satisfaction Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers promptly while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Previous experience in handling services or environments with hands on operations Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic math proficiency for cash handling, and transaction processing Knowledge of safety practices and proper handling procedures Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
