Position Summary The Front of House Cashier & Expeditor is responsible for providing excellent guest service, accurately taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring food orders are complete, accurate, and presented properly before reaching guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide a positive first impression Take accurate orders in person and over the phone Process payments using POS system Assemble and expedite orders quickly and accurately Ensure food presentation meets KAJA quality standards Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to maintain efficient workflow Maintain cleanliness and organization of front counter and dining area Assist with restocking supplies as needed Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally Qualifications Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude Strong communication and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Attention to detail Restaurant experience preferred but not required—we will train the right person What We Offer Flexible scheduling Employee meal discounts Positive, team-focused work environment Availability Must be available evenings and weekends
