Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their needs in a friendly, professional manner Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions accurately, and manage the cash drawer with integrity Conduct retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including upselling products and promoting specials Stock shelves, maintain clean displays, and ensure products are well-merchandised to attract customers Provide product demos when applicable and share retail store product knowledge to enhance customer experience Assist with inventory management by stocking supplies and conducting regular stock checks Maintain excellent phone etiquette when taking orders or answering customer inquiries over the phone Requirements Previous cashiering or retail sales experience preferred, especially with POS systems and cash register operations Strong communication skills and ability to provide outstanding customer service in a bilingual environment is a plus Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing the cash drawer at shift end Experience supervising or leading team members is advantageous but not mandatory Knowledge of retail store merchandising, product demos, and upselling techniques is beneficial Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor when interacting with customers over the phone or in person Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering top-notch service while developing your skills in retail sales, cashiering, and customer engagement.
