The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a knack for handling transactions accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with customers
• Scan goods and collect payments
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change to customers
• Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area
• Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries
• Assist customer who have questions about our Japanese products
• Manage exchanges and returns in accordance with company policies Skills
• Proficiency in retail math and sales techniques
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations when needed
• Bilingual skills are a plus for better customer assistance
