Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately, ensuring quality standards are met at all times Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer transactions smoothly Take customer orders with enthusiasm, upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience, and manage food service orders efficiently Maintain a clean workspace by regularly sanitizing surfaces, organizing supplies, and adhering to food safety standards Handle cash register operations including processing cash transactions, giving accurate change, and balancing cash drawers at shift end Assist with food handling duties such as serving, bussing tables, and ensuring proper sanitation of utensils and serving areas Support team members during busy periods by managing retail sales transactions and providing excellent customer service Requirements Prior experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Demonstrated ability in food preparation, food handling, and operating kitchen equipment safely Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Shift4 is advantageous Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in the food industry Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Previous experience with cashiering, serving, or retail sales transactions is a plus Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering top-notch service while developing your skills in the vibrant world of food service!
