Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and friendly Gas Station Attendant/Cashier to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, managing cash register operations, and assisting with food preparation and light cooking duties. The ideal candidate will be attentive, organized, and capable of maintaining a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases at the gas station and convenience store. Operate the cash register accurately, handle transactions efficiently, and provide receipts. Prepare food items including Hunts Brothers Pizza products such as pizza, wings, chicken sandwiches, as well as other items like sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits for breakfast, and cheeseburgers for lunch and dinner. Use the flat-top grill for light cooking tasks while maintaining cleanliness in the cooking area. Keep the cooking area clean by performing daily cleaning tasks to ensure hygiene standards are met. Restock shelves and maintain a tidy store environment. Assist with general maintenance and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or cashier roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to operate a cash register accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly. Basic cooking skills, including using a flat-top grill for preparing food items such as pizza, wings, sandwiches, biscuits, and cheeseburgers. Willingness to perform cleaning duties regularly to keep the work area sanitary. Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor to interact effectively with customers. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, or weekends as needed.
