Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and customer service, with experience in sales and food service.

Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
• Assist with food and beverage service as needed
• Bussing tables in a timely manner

Experience:

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
• Strong time management skills to handle peak hours effectively
• Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions
• Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Experience in retail math and cash handling is beneficial
