What You'll Do Customer Service & Checkout Operations Welcome customers with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude. Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, promotions, and store policies. Resolve customer concerns efficiently or escalate issues when necessary. Deliver fast, accurate, and courteous checkout service. Retail Sales & Store Support Assist customers in locating products and making informed purchasing decisions. Promote featured products, store promotions, and loyalty programs when appropriate. Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready checkout area. Assist with light merchandising, front-end stocking, and maintaining store presentation. Support team members during busy periods and seasonal promotions. Store Operations Balance cash drawers and follow established cash-handling procedures. Maintain accurate transaction records and receipts. Follow company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards. Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment. What We're Looking For Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic math and cash-handling abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
