Responsibilities Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Handle cash register operations, including processing cash, credit/debit card payments, and giving correct change Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, supporting kitchen operations and food presentation Manage customer food orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance sales and customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen equipment, dining areas, and overall workspace in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food handling duties such as bussing tables, stocking supplies, and supporting food prep tasks as needed Ensure timely delivery of orders while managing multiple tasks in a quick service or fast food environment Skills Proven experience in food preparation, food service customer order management, or retail sales transactions Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; strong cash handling skills Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced setting Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods Strong customer service orientation with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitation standards Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction processing Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly desirable Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a retail or café environment Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering great food experiences while developing your culinary expertise!
