Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems Handle cash, credit card transactions, and food payments with precision and integrity Assist with food preparation tasks when necessary, including basic food handling and sanitation practices Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the cashier station and dining area, including bussing tables as needed Ensure food safety standards are adhered to at all times during service Manage wait times efficiently through effective time management skills Support team members in maintaining a smooth workflow during busy hours Follow all health and safety regulations related to food service and sanitation standards Qualifications Previous experience in food service, cashiering, or retail environments preferred; restaurant experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and sales calculations Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a quick service & fast food restaurant setting Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods effectively Experience with upselling and sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities Prior kitchen or café experience is advantageous but not required Join our team to deliver exceptional pizza experiences through friendly service, efficient operations, and a welcoming atmosphere.
