When a customer arrives at The Halal Guys, they must always receive a warm and sincere welcome, and as they depart, they should receive a heartfelt thank you. Team Members should perform the following tasks with exemplary grace, thoroughness, efficiency, diligence and style: Understand thoroughly and articulate with enthusiasm the details of The Halal Guys' food menu and beverages Anticipate what the customer wants and does not want Know how and when to provide what the customer needs, wants and does not yet know they want, tactfully and with confidence Take the extra step to turn good service into great service and make it an experience each customer will remember Teach and lead other members of the service team Act as the consummate host, always looking for ways to exceed our customer's expectations Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the restaurant.
