Responsibilities answering phones taking food orders Ringing up customers orders Customer service Light prep work Some dish cleaning Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, dining space, and kitchen Adhere to food safety guidelines and sanitation practices at all times Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining environment Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours Requirements Previous experience in the food service industry, particularly in quick service or fast food restaurants Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers positively Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations Culinary experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join our team as Counter Help, where you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our customers while working in a dynamic environment!
